Darling Venom
by Parker S. Huntington
“Living is an addiction, and it’s better to crave it than hate it.”
This book..
This hit me in a way a book hasn't in a long long time.
I never expected to go through what I did while reading this book.
This had everything I never expected but made me love it all that much more, even though it was painful throughout.
I'm not one for triggers because I don't really have any but this one had me clutching my chest as a I sweat from my eyes and had to put it down, but not in a bad way.
I wont go into much more detail on this book because doing so would give too much away and I don't want to do that because this book deserves whatever you go into it with.
I will say to expect heartbreak, a lot of damn pain, there are some parts that make might make you laugh or smile a little but overall this book is worth the read.
This book is a perfect insight to what the subject matter is and you only know if you've had a black slug before.
