A Head Full of Ghosts by Paul Tremblay

Very creepy. I love the dual narrative, and the way events in the book are presented to us. I love the ambiguous ending with Merry in the coffee shop. I love the whole coffee shop scene at the end, actually, where some "truth" comes out, but we don't know if it is the truth at all. Unreliable narrators are amazing. This book is great for fans of the exorcist - it's not nearly as scary as the exorcist, but it references it and has several chilling moments. A good late-night October read.
