I don't know if...
  1.  The Reaper should be making deals with anyone? But they do say modern problems require modern solutions, so... maybe the Reaper's smart.
  2. It's supposed to be sympathetic? But maybe it isn't? I'm not sure. I do get why it was doing what it did.
  3. Why any of these people at the end didn't communicate their grievances the way Maggie did? The Reaper seemed accommodating.
  4. Ethically, Maggie should be making that decision for everyone, but this is a personal move, not an ethical one.

I do like that the man wasn't a love interest or redeemable.
