Hollowthorn

Whereas the first book in the series, Ravenfall, had a warm, slightly spooky autumnal feeling and took place at Halloween, this follow up has slightly different vibes and is ideal for a December read as it's set at Hanukkah. I really enjoyed it, although I think book one is still my favourite.
The book centres around Jewish mythology, which isn't something I know a lot about so it was interesting to read. The plot was decent although the twist was evident to me from very early on in the story. I love that we get a new point of view in this book in addition to Anna and Colin, which is Ravenfall itself.
I enjoyed this a lot and I'm looking forward to book three.
