What. The actual. F*ck. This book is I-N-S-A-N-I-T-Y. I’m pretty sure Armentrout took every episode of Maury Povich and shoved them all into a 400 page book.



But I’ll be damned if I didn’t somehow end up loving this??? I don’t even know who I am anymore. All I know is, this book is filled to brim with DRAMA and I am 100% here for it. There’s kidnappings, murders, forbidden love, illegitimate children, comas, suicides, ghosts, and so much more. You guys don’t even know. My head is still spinning and I need a drink. Don’t let the low key beginning of the book fool you, the ending of this thing packs a punch.

And all of this may sound cliche and ridiculous, which it absolutely is, but Armentrout is a genius because I am HOOKED. I gotta keep reading these books to solve the mysteries and find out who the killer is. I JUST HAVE TO.

Also, side note: I was really digging the performances from the two narrators and loved the southern accents they did for everyone!
