A little difficult to get into but once you’re into the Peru section of the trip, the book switches from your typical diary entries/story telling mode to reading more like a non fiction history book. Really interesting to see Ernesto and Alberto change as they travel and meet people and see their opinions on the state of the people around them take shape for what would be monumental in the future of South America
