I liked this book from the very beginning, but about halfway through it went from a decent read to a great one. I was listening to the audiobook and ended up putting off any activities I couldn't do whilst listening so that I could finish the entire book more or less in one sitting. 

The mystery is well handled with a very satisfying ending. I did see part of the major reveal coming, but there were still aspects which surprised me and in hindsight I can think of all the clues which had been competently laid. Overall I only have one small issue, which is that unless I missed something it's never really explained why all the various guests at the hotel all turn up separately on the same night, on a night when they don't usually have any guests at all. 

I thoroughly enjoyed this, and highly recommend it.
