I know that a lot of people read this book in order to ‘get the tea’ so to speak; but I am really glad that Harry was able to get his story, feelings and experiences on paper. 

He’s been in grief and has had PTSD since his mother’s death in the 90’s and was never allowed to just live it seems. 

Knowing his side of everything is important, and I believe it is therapeutic in a way for him as well as Meghan.
