One of my reading goals for 2024 was to continue to revisit some of my favourite childhood books/ series this year to see how I feel about them now. And I definitely prefer the movie. I forgot everything that wasn’t in the movies so it was interesting to see the small differences but that was about it. This was pretty mediocre and while I do plan to read through the series this year I doubt I’ll ever re-read them again. If you really want to experience this world just watch the movies.

Also, what was with the Draco scream when they were in the Forbidden Forest. Like I know it was supposed to be a scream but it almost made me laugh because of how horrible it was.
