Elena Armas can do no wrong! The Spanish Love Deception is one of my favorite books ever, and this author is basically an instant buy for me. I heard this was Ted Lasso inspired (Cameron is definitely Roy Kent) and I just knew it I would love it. I wasn't wrong! It was so good. I loved the relationship between Cam and Adalyn, and the journey they go on together. Their banter was great and the spice was just right. My particular favorite was the girls at the summer camp! They were adorable and so funny. Cam is a tatted grumpy mess and Adalyn just wants to fix her wrongs while staying true to herself. I loved them together. I felt the book get pretty predictable and repetitive but it was a good read.
