Give me a small town romance and I will eat it up. I really liked this book, and although I have not previously read any of Elsie Silver's books, I can say that she is now one of my favorite authors. I also truly love anything grumpy/sunshine and this serves. I thought Summer and Rhett had great chemistry, as well as stellar banter that had me laughing several times out loud. Summer and Rhett are both so used to doing what's expected of them or what they are supposed to do, but I love that they threw caution to the wind and finally gave in and both did what they wanted to do. And the princess nickname? Swoon. I love the way this author writes and how she world builds and the side characters she introduces and develops so well. It was really a great book, and worth checking out.
