I listened to the audiobook so my experience with this book may differ from those who read the print version. The audiobook was narrated by Xe Sands who did a fantastic job.

The book was thoroughly enjoyable and had my interest from beginning to end. Towards the end, I was looking forward to doing chores at home so I could keep listening because I did not want to put it down. I had to stop listening about 37 minutes towards the end (into Part 4) and couldn't wait to finish this morning.

I didn't completely expect the ending. There were aspects of it that I suspected during reading but up until the end the author had me guessing and unsure.

Would recommend it for fans of the thriller and mystery genres. Alafair Burke is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors in these genres.
