chrysfey 's review for:
Sex and the City
by Candace Bushnell
I was expecting this book to be like the show (which is smart, sexy and funny) and the Carrie Diaries books, but it wasn't like either. This book is in the perspective of the author, Candace Bushnell, and is a collection of rambling articles she wrote. I found myself getting a headache while following the conversations about men and sex. I got to page 60 before giving up, which I hardly ever do.
If you're a fan of the show Sex and the City, I don't recommend reading this book. (Also a first.)
While this is my review, since I didn't finish reading the book, I'm not going to give it a star rating to be fair.
