It took me a long time to actually get into this book and I can't with a good conscious give this read more than three stars. Character development was just okay and I never really connected with any of the major ones (Eve, Detective, Mia). However, since I was looking for a thriller with a twist ending, I was not disappointed. I am unsure if I will give Kubica another chance... but we will see!
