Antigoddess by Kendare Blake

This is definitely one of the better Greek mythology books out there. The gods are dying and the stakes are high, and the characters feel true to their mythological status. But it never managed to come off the page for me. So much of the book is spent trying to figure out why the gods are dying in the first place, and despite the fabulous scenes of death and destruction, you still don't know why they are dying at the end of the book and it's very frustrating. This is one of those trilogies that should have just been one sharp book instead of three middling ones.

SpoilerI did find myself very attached to Apollo, and I was simultaneously sad when he died and also impressed with Blake that she actually killed him. Poseidon's death was equally awesome.
