I just LOVE Rebecca Ross’ writing style. It’s poetic without being pretentious. She is becoming one of my favorite authors to listen to. I thoroughly enjoyed A River Enchanted and after hearing all the buzz for this novel, it didn’t take me long to pick it up.
I loved the world Divine Rivals was set in. It is fantastical without being complicated and I am very excited to learn more in book 2.
Iris and Roman have a classic love story. While I found it to all happen a bit fast, I am rooting for them and hope they find their way back to each other.
