Olivia Monroe falls in love with Senator Max Powell and their relationship has it's ups and downs as private and methodical Olivia tries to adapt to dating an impulsive public figure.
All of the novels in this series remain consistent to say the least. There was nothing too exciting in this book and it follows the romance script to a T. I really liked this book but I think I'm getting a but burnt out in this series. I have one more to read but my hopes are Guillory moves on from this and starts to write other stories outside of this series.
