Lie, Lie Again
by Stacy Wise
Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for providing an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.
The premise of this book was interesting. Three female neighbors with secrets make for an interesting read. This book was set up to be a mystery with the opening scene of trying to find out “who did it”. However, I do not feel the book held up to its own potential. The neighbors interaction with each other seemed forced and the situations that occurred were too coincidental to be believable.
On the whole, I did like the book but it did not “wow” me and the ending seemed abrupt in its attempt to wrap up the story.
