More than 4 stars - I really really enjoyed this one. I felt like the world building and lore of the species was original and interesting. It felt really fresh to me! The tension was SO. GOOD. The plane scene? Excuse me?! I get pretty annoyed with men trying to make the decisions FOR women… but the annoyance passed quickly here for me. I didn’t see some of the ending coming, other parts I did. I’m (k)not sure that I get the appeal of the monster romance bit here… but I didn’t hate it either…
