I found this volume a bit mediocre, BUT Williamson seems to have finally changed his approach to writing Barry here, making him more positive and willing to work with others. There's also a pretty significant reveal regarding Zoom's backstory that, not only feels like a natural conclusion, but helps him standout from being just a lesser Reverse-Flash. The series is improving, I just hope these improvements stick around.
