I had been meaning to read this for awhile, and this was precisely the right time: the part of summer where I crave a good scare maybe more than any other time of the year. I was sucked in from the first chapter and happily sped through page after page, kinda wishing I could work the night shift at a spooky motel… but maybe not the Sun Down.
