I wasn't sure what to expect and I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. I'm a sucker for haunted house stories and I thought this one was full of spooky, unsettling, and and mysterious ghosts and secrets. The family secrets and the tragedy was gut wrenching and it made me emotional at times. The dual timeline was well done and helped to understand the ending even more.
