I almost DNF this book and probably should of. The reason I didn't, was I thought it was petty to DNF a book for having Sterotypical Scottish character, who talks likes she 180 years old by saying Lass and Lad in every sentence. No, she did not call anyone laddie. But I realise now that was a last straw. I have issues with this book from a Scottish point of view and questions about all the rep in general. Just gonna say this for the hundredth time, most people in Scotland do not have red hair but every Scottish book character does.

The real problem is that I don't like any of the characters and they don't feel real to me at all.
