4.5 stars - I drew out the last 100 pages of Uprooted because I just don’t want it to end. This book is so good - if you like YA fantasy novels pick this one up! The start (for me) was a little slow but once I got to know the characters & was drawn into the evil mystery of the Wood I was hooked! Give me a lot of magic, a rebellious young woman, a troubled kingdom, & the potential for a little bit of romance? Yeah. I’ll read it.
