This book has been on my radar for quite some time thanks to bookstagram and I quickly put it on my library holds list. When this book came in, I knew I had to read it right away. The author does an amazing job writing a memoir about his life thus far since he is only in his 30’s. Even though this book was very serious in nature, the author added humor, pictures and relatable stories. I flew through this book and I’m so glad I read it. My heart breaks for those in communities that are treated unfairly and have to constantly prove their worth. This book opened my eyes and I don’t want to be blind to what others go through anymore. ✨⁣
