Drawn to Fight: Hugo Meg by Lilliana Anderson
4.0

Oh, how I loved the Drawn series, but how I LOVE the Drawn To Fight series.

Though this is the second book in the Drawn to Fight series, it runs parallel to the first book (Zac and Evie) so it could be read as a stand alone.

We got glimpses of Hugo and Meg in Zac's story, but now we get down to the nuts and bolts of their relationship. And you just know that it is going to be bumpy ride!

So if you are anything like me, you are going to need your tissues handy

This is a story of what lengths people will do to fight for the love of their life. There are so many hurdles thrown in their way. So much to overcome, that you can only hang on for the ride and hope, pray that they can make it.

I adore their love for each other, through thick and thin.

I hate what they go through. I may have ugly snotty cried at one stage (though this cannot/will not be confirmed). I became so invested in these character's lives that when they cried, I cried. When they laughed, I laughed.

I loved that we got to see Zac's story from book 1 from the POV of those around him. Saw things in a different light. Made me understand him more.

Ms Anderson simply has a way with her writing that keeps me wanting more. The minute I finished, I just wanted more.

Another thing I really, really love about the Drawn to Fight series, is where they are set. I grew up in the area that these stories are told, and when I read about them they bring back some good, mostly fun, memories.

Thank you for giving us Hugo and Meg's story, and I can't wait to read what you bring us next.
