Vance is ex-military and thought he was working for a good organization, only to find out the opposite. Darren is a neurosurgeon who is just looking for something different and he gets that opportunity in Baker’s Creek.

I loved the instant connection and chemistry between these two men. However, both of them tried hard to deny their attraction to one another. These two of complete opposites of each other. Vance is more of the silent, broody type and Darren is chatty and more cheery. Yet, somehow they are truly perfect for each other, even if it takes the both of them some time to notice that.

There is some lightness to this story. It has laughs, some heat, emotions and plenty of passion and love.
