clar2d2 's review for:
Practical Demonkeeping
by Christopher Moore
This was exactly what I expected it to be. It was fun, with a kind of weird type of humor I can't quite describe but love. It was an entertaining yet completely absurd ride, and I ended up really enjoying myself while reading it.
That being said, it was his first novel, so I didn't expect to be mindblown by it, and I wasn't. At times it was also a bit all over the place. It still had those elements that I loved in the writing and humor in Lamb though, which I did love very much, so I do look forward to reading a lot more of Christopher Moore's work!
