This would have been 5 stars had it not been for all the Harry Potter references. Yes, the characters called out JK Rowling for being a TERF and a horrible person, but it kind of dilutes the point if you constantly mention all the HP merch your character has and have her pretend to do spells with her cane

I did really like the rest of the book though. The relationship between Frankie and Ren was super sweet, and I liked the balance between romantics and serious moments. I think I liked this book more than the first one (but that might be because I love hockey and am meh about soccer
