Incredible sci fi tale with almost denser world building then lord of the rings, yet somehow I got through the book just fine. the most interesting parts either happened with the naitives interacting with the main characters or better yet, in the main characters head. I could see dune by the discription and imagine the hardships and the mysticism the peoples there faced. Glad I finally got around to reading dune, although I’m far from done with this world and I’ll return to arrakis soon to see the legend of muad’dib unfold further.
