Not a huge fan of this book because it gives the wrong message to teenage girls. Boys will like the pretty girl even though the pretty girl is "shallow and annoying". Pretty girl only care about things like fashion and beauty and being pretty- NOT. The tomboy girl is secretly jealous of the pretty girl. The nerd is... well a nerd and is just there. I feel like Joy and Wening is only a supporting character for Marcella even though they're as important as her. I don't know about you, but that's what I get after I read this book. Not very good in my opinion.
