😶 WELL... this book took a turn I did NOT see coming and left me quite speechless.
Can we normalize getting mental health evaluations for children like once a year or something?
Also, what was that ending?? You cannot end your book like that, it's not fair! T_T) I need resolution, damn it!
It was a pretty decent story, twisted in a way I didn't see coming. Most of the book was spent like 🫨 while thinking, "Holy shit this person is nuts!" It was an intriguing listen and, if the ending had been more satisfying, it would have been a 5. As it stands, though, the ending felt like it was just kind of thrown on there. There's no real resolution.
