Before the Coffee Gets Cold

Some light, easy to read short stories. I say short stories, because even though they are intertwined by the people in them, they each read as their own.
As short stories, I loved the concept and the execution. As a novel, I feel that it wasn't put together well enough, and not enough back story and cohesiveness. Some stories developed the characters more to give you an understanding of their motivations, but it was not consistent.
