Brooks is a nurse at the local hospital, he is the third oldest Kincaid brother. Palmer is a photographer, she owns her own business. She has known Brooks her entire life. He is best friends with her older brother and the cousin of her best friend/soon to be sister in law.

Palmer has had a crush on Brooks for years. Yet, nothing ever went anyone and she really just kept it to herself. Brooks doesn’t really date, but there is an attraction to Palmer. It was just suppose to be one time, then one turned into two, and then a friends with benefits relationship formed and it was something that both of them kept from their friends and family.

The chemistry between Palmer and Brooks is instant. They had no chance of things remaining in the friends with benefits category. They were just too perfect for each other.

There is minimal drama, low angst, plenty of great family moments, especially when it comes to Blakely. I can’t wait for more of the Kincaid brothers.
