What a satisfying mystery! This book is from the perspective of three women: Clare Cassidy, a literature teacher; Harbinder Kaur, a detective; and Georgia Newton, Clare's teenage daughter. Clare teaches at a British high school that used to be a creepy old mansion owned by a creepy old writer. Suddenly, someone starts murdering Clare's coworkers. I suspected a ton of characters and was pleased with the way the mystery unfolded!

I really liked all three of the women featured in this novel! It was interesting to see the investigation through each of their eyes and Griffiths cleverly crafted a structure that was unique and eye-opening.
