This was an okay book, but not what I was expecting.
I was expecting this to be more Sox of crows-ish, and it was, but a sci fi version, I guess. And I don’t really enjoy sci fi.
The Edem thing was a little weird, as well as inconsistent, as well as impractical.
I also thought that there weren’t a lot of details given, which is usually okay for me, but for this, the vagueness was bordering on too much.
The cast of characters were okay, Jey was the highlight, but this isn’t a series I’m interested in following.
