I loved the way this book started off. It felt like the intro to some epic trilogy movie where it goes over brief kingdom history.
I thought the characters started off great but they kinda got away from what I liked about them for a while...
I did see the big plot twist coming from the beginning. I don’t know if it was meant to be obvious but it was to me.
All in all I thought this was a really entertaining read!
