I love love love Mary Blair's art. I have since I was a child.

This is a great picture book biography to showcase Mary's love of color.
What I didn't know about Mary, that this book showcased, was how she stood her ground in a man's world. She did not let her love for color and vibrancy be squashed by the industry. When she wasn't happy with her environment, she changed it.

This is a great story that highlights another woman pioneer in an industry dominated by men.
