I thought I knew where the ending was going, and then I didn't. Lot's of twists and turns, finally the love confessions, some transformations and lots of fights and betrayals, both of the mind and on the battlefield. It was a satisfying conclusion to what ended up feeling like an epic fantasy, i just wish the romance was in play more honestly.
