This is SUCH a Mindy McGinnis book and I can absolutely see why some people wouldn't like it. It's a big mindfuck book and incredibly weird ending with some pretty morally questionable characters.

Sasha herself is a very unreliable character who continues to deflect any bad actions on her alter ego. When she is in the cardiac wing, Sasha becomes an even more flawed character. Totally up front, I don't think you will feel any sympathy for Sasha after the first 50 pages. That aside, I DEVOURED this book in a few hours. It's weird as hell and I still don't know exactly what I read or what I feel about the ending.
