This was a very fitting conclusion to this story. I liked seeing Kaitlyn and Martin build up a friendship, despite knowing that it was never going to just end up being that. Martin and Kaitlyn both grew as people after their breakup despite both being so hurt. I'm glad that they were able to move past their initial breakup by letting out their feelings and forgiving each other. They definitely both changed for the better and I'm happy that they were able to finally move in together and pursue their goals in life. Really enjoyed what a great friend Sam was for Kaitlyn throughout this. Their friendship is something to aspire to and I wish there were more friendships like that depicted in fiction. I'm looking forward to reading more by Penny Reid. ☺️
