The Mad Scientist's Daughter
by Cassandra Rose Clarke
A very sad (maybe melancholy is a better word) book, but oddly, also the one I think I liked the most out of this year's P.K. Dick nominees. Finished it yesterday, still letting it percolate around in my brain, but something about this one is sticking with me in ways the others did not.
