Thanks to NetGalley for a copy in exchange for an honest review! So... This one had A LOT going on and became emotional and mind-consuming the moment I opened up to the first chapter. I don't usually like reviews with spoilers so I'll probably keep this short. But, truth be told it most definitely sucked me in and I finished it in a day. I think the topics it touches on are trigger warning worthy for sure and some people might not be able to get through it depending on their own experiences. DID is a very important conversation that needs to be had to better understand the people who live with it. From my perspective, I enjoyed the information and knowledge I received from this book on the matter as well.
