I wasn't hugely impressed with this book. It was cute, and I liked what she did with the story, but there were things that got to me. I was very bored through the first half, and when it started to pick up, I wasn't convinced by the changes the characters were going through.
I know that I would have liked it much more if I were closer to 13 or 14 years old, but it was too cut and dry, and the ending too gift-wrapped for my taste. I would recommend for middle school to junior high girls.
