fathima_ashab 's review for:
Norse Mythology
by Neil Gaiman
I am going to drop a very unpopular opinion today. *Cough Cough*
This book was a complete let down for me. With all those hypes going around and people raving about it everywhere and with 4.3 GR rating, I expected more and as usual like all the hyped books do, it disappointed me so much. It is just a bunch of short stories about Norse Gods and how stupid they are. If it's not for Gaiman's writing, I wouldn't even considered this to do give a rating let alone a review. But I have learnt about Norse mythology. So it is practically like a text book not a novel. The story would have been interesting if they were woven together as a complete novel instead of short stories. There is nothing left to say. I would not recommend it even if you are a fan of mythology.
