Big time for Spider-man!

Yeah...I had nothing witty to say after that. Like most of Spider-man's lines.

Ugh Dan isn't a bad writer. Honestly he gets wayyyyy too much shit thrown at him. I think he's pretty creative at times. I also love his villains, they're nasty and usually have reason to be so. I also dig the art in run, I just enjoy the over the top cartoon look. It reminds me of the 90's but in all the right and positive ways.

Now the bad. Dan can't write Spider-man funny. I really just don't laugh at all with his spider-man. He's just not FUNNY. Like I want a Peter Parker to make me laugh. This Peter just comes off as such a big loser. Peter isn't that, he's anything but that. He has some bad luck, but not like this. This is a grown ass man (my age I believe) and he's still kiddie as shit, especially in relationships. I hate the relationships in here, they seem so forced and fake.

Anyway most of this book is Spider-island. Which is very fun, and also very stupid. So if you want some fun times with Spider-man, it's not bad. Decent fun times but I just keep hoping for more.
