What I Lost
by Alexandra Ballard
*4.75
My whole entire life and still to this day I've always struggled with my body image (being 15 and 200 pounds definitely does that to you) and sometimes (and I confess) in the past I've tried to go days without eating. The accurate representation was astounding to me and I really felt like Elizabeth at times. Thankfully my body images have never gotten to eating disorder habits, but I feel very understood by this book and I just want to thank the author for that. It also made me realize that even that I have a stomach and I'm a big girl, doesn't mean I'm not beautiful. So I just want to thank this book, and I like it so much because it's their for me on a personal level. Will definitely read whatever else Alexandra Ballard puts out next
