Book Two certainly exploded with "IDGAF about the world, I'll follow you even to afterlife, ends of time does not exist, only you" era for both Caldris and Estrella
Second installment to Flesh and Bone Series, this is the continuation of how Estrella came to accept Caldris as her Fae mate and more (twists introduced)
Made me happy to go along the storyline as more cast is introduced. Unlike other series, the introduction of new people was done subtly and personality was given to each.
Like Lord of the Rings, Two Towers (first series that popped in my head), the second book talks about the travels of the Faes and their Marked back to the land of the Faes. Here we also discerned the backstory of what might look like the ultimate villain of the series - Queen of the Shadow and Darkness. Also saw multiple instances of claiming of both MC and FMC with each other after chapters of struggle from the FMC'S side
The ending is what truly made me excited for book three. Can't wait!
