I'm torn about this one. Enjoyed the story, LOVED all the foodie bits, but thought the writing was pretty clunky at times (most noticeably during the "emails to Genie.") Have to agree with the other reviewers who say Reichl's fabulous non-fiction writing skills are perhaps not making a seamless transition to fiction writing.
