Warm Bodies
by Isaac Marion
I only picked this book up because after being plagued with commercials for the movie I had to see what the deal was. The trailer made the movie seem funny. The book, which did have some comedic parts, was not a comedy. I don't normally read zombie books but this wasn't your typical "I want to eat your brain and roam the earth" type of book. It was a heart felt story of a zombie that was not like the others. Who wanted to be more, become more. He ate someone's brains, met a girl, fell in love, started to change the world and left me hanging. That's the only reason I gave it three stars, was the cliff hanger.
